I R BACK FROM CHEENALAND!
Ferry > Slept > Zhuhai > Lunch > Went for meeting in chineseThe ferry was not as bad as I expected it to be :) Lunch was veryyyy long for 3hours but had a goood chat with clara and jamien :) The meeting, seriously, tested my chinese skills. I was like a translator for clara and I have not touched chinese in 3 years...?! and this was when i found out and realised that i was in china = NO FACEBOOK NO TWITTER -____-
Checked into hotel > clara and i got the lousy room > moved to another level > better room > queen sized bed > dinner > watched the makings of the world's famous tvc > awesome molten chocolate desert > went to bar street
and so we walked down bar street and finally settled down at a bar and played dices. my first time playing and i surpassed my shifu, clara. ah, but in the end, i played one on one with jamien and lost like a mother. we were there for 4 hours and everyone couldnt walk in a straight line. they insist on going for crawfish when my stomach is like gonna to explode everything out with the alcohol. so all i could do was stare at the chilli crab and crawfish AND CLARA MADE ME TO TRY ONE PIECE OF FROG LEG. OMG. I ATE FROG. O:
and finally, we went back to the hotel and i highly needed to puke so i had a loooong chat with clara and it helped :) we talked about the type of music we like, lady gaga, kill bill, bgr, designer's life....
slept at 4+ > woke up suddenly at 6 > overslept > officially woke up at 10+ > rushed artworks > grabbed kfc > hopped on the ferry > saw wong cho lam movie > slept > hugeeee waves > hk! > went to factory to settle printing problem
and so we all became coolies for4 hours flipping through 3000 books to look for defects and repack the good ones for clients. seriously, it is therapeutic but my arms and wrists and hands were tired halfway. till now, they are dying........ i am having problems typing D: i finally got home after 36hours of being out there and my phonecard ran out of money, fml ):
yeah but overall, i dont like china.
although it did remind me of last year's china trip :)
i think the part i like most about this trip was getting to bond with clara :) she gave me alot of insights about life, family, design, love, everything. like a big sister just in one day. clara was super happy when she arrived back in hk. i am too! but its different, i only can feel that way when i finally reach and touch down in sg!
54 MORE DAYS.
ok i realise. this post is typed all over the place and idk what i am saying. cos there's no pictures to help so pardon me, please. haha
