So Brax sends me his Dr Who fanzine link,
so I forward it onto Bev, as she'd probably be more interested than me.
And now I'm just thinking what an amazing person B is, what with the fanfiction she writes, her artistic abilities, Animal Crossing, and her other interests, and just how cool she is, and how it would be really cool to get along with her, and just hang out with her and stuff.
It's kinda strange, 'cos I get lifted by Martina - just being around her is amazing.
But Bev's all virtual, you can look at her photos online, message her online, read her fanfic online, ....but can you hang out with her for a day in real life? Nope. You'd be lucky to even get her to speak to you, or say "Hi!".
So it's strange when you say you like the girl's interests, because you can indulge in those interests of her's without indulging in her herself. Whereas Martina, I know it's actually being with her that's so great. I'm addicted to Martina herself, not to things about her online, as has been the case with B.
Ironically, whilst I know most of Bev's interests and love her for them,
I love Martina whilst remaining ignorant of a lot of her interests.
Four year's on, I only just found out she enjoys windsurfing and tennis.
We usually just talk about work, life, and how beautiful she is. ^_^
I still have a big crush on Bev, and probably will have forever,
I'm just mentioning Martina as well, to protect myself, so it doesn't look like I'm just crazy about B.
I just feel me and B could have been great friends if we hadn't have had all these problems.
Because I find all her interests really interesting, as if she's my sorta person, and feel that gives a lot of scope for getting along, and enjoying each other's company.
But the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence, and it's easy to think what you don't have would be great, if only, etc...
Just feel lucky I've got what I wanted from Bev, out of Martina.
But of course, still feel there's some unrealised potential for friendship with B.
