PlayStation 3 local night...

Been pretty good night.

PS3 launch night in Swindon.
Went down to GameStation and GAME, got a lot of people up for some first impression vox pops in about a month or whenever I get round to it. ^_^.
Nice vibe.

My Dad's sick of me in my pyjammas in the house, as have been ill with the testicle problem, so I thought I'd show him I can look smart, and tried the fashion experiment of taking my new white and silver J-rock Terratag t-shirt, and putting a casual black shirt over it, to create some white black contrast. Also washed the hair, and, since I don't have glasses, and can't see frizz, I thought I looked pretty damn hot. Top that off with a Detroit Electronic Quarterly Deep Chord record bag with "Synth" written clearly, and I felt pretty fashionable as I went out on the town. Even if my hair still said scruffy journalist. ^_^.

Was pretty cool also that my balls didn't give me too much grief. Really, the main problems are sitting down, or bending down, so simply walking, and standing in crowds interviewing people wasn't any hassle.

Oddly on the walk home, my bladder hurt a bit, which I thought weird as I went to loo before I set out and when I got home, I didn't need to go. But I'm putting it down to having my trouser belt too tight, (there was a slight improvement after I loosened it) and hope it's nothing more sinister related to my ailment.

Was funny to hear the Karaoke belting out of Jax as I walked home..."Gangsta's Paradise" and I sang along. Lol. Much better than December's Wii launch, when I was caught in a headlock by drunks at this stage of my journey.

Then got home, cooked for myself, which harked back to Uni days, and finally managed to catch the next episode of the Tony Blair documentary on TV, which I'd been wanting to see since I saw the first part, but had wondered when on earth part 2 was gonna crop up, and now it's Animal Farm on Channel 4 - the genetic foods docu - eeek!

But yeah, everyone's buying Motorstorm and Resistance:Fall of Man....only a small handful of people bought any other games.

Massive queue outside GAME though, which I hadn't expected.

Thought of Bev when I walked behind Williams Street, but of course she doesn't live there anymore.

Overall top night.

I only woke at 5pm though, so am gonna continue with some work now though....probably won't get tired till 5am or something....likely even last longer.

Ciao people.
