Very tired.....
I had my sleep test last night and it was not fun. I took the test in order to find out if I have sleep apnia(?) which is a condition where I stop breathing when I sleep which makes me wake up thus making it so I have no restful sleep. It may also kill me at an old age. So, I go into the test and they proceed to hook me up with about a dozen electrodes all over my head and some on my legs. They all connect to a box which monitors everything I do while I sleep. Now, everyone I know knows that I have insomnia which usually ranges from 30 minutes to one hour before I fall asleep. On very rare occasions, it takes me up to three hours to go to sleep. So what does my body do? It decides that this night will be one of those rare nights. I went to bed in this strange place at midnight and did not fall asleep until 4 A.M. I also had to get up twice to use the restroom which meant calling an attendant in to help unhook me and then walk through the hallway looking like something from a cheap scifi movie. It....sucked. Now remember, I finally fell asleep around 4, right? Well, little did I know that mandatory wake up time for these tests is 6 A.M. Yeah!!! Two hours of uncomfortable sleep!! On top of that, they told me that since I didn't sleep too much, I may have to do the test over. Yeah!!!! F#@K!!
One piece of good news is that I mostly got my promotion at work. By mostly I mean that I have to work with this really evil bitch from the Almaden store for about two weeks and she has the final word on if I get to be store manager. Grrr..... hate dealing with soulless people. However, I have been told the promotion is 99 percent likely to happen but I still have to put up with her for nearly two weeks.
Movie Review:
1. Without a Paddle - This movie was mighty funny. I love movies that have to do with characters getting lost in some sort of adventure. All the actors were very funny especially Seth Green when he talked like C3PO. All in all, I give it 4 out of 5 paddles.
