I originally wrote this in reply to someone asking what was thought of the little cartoon that's enraged a certain religion of late. I like what a wrote, so I'm posting it here.

I'm sure they will, but we have to wait for the next religion/race/minority/majority/gender/age group, etc. to lose favour in the public eye. You can't do something tasteless, pointless, or make erroneous generalizations until you are sure enough ignorant, ill-informed people are sufficiently prejudiced. It's a teaching - learning process.

Preach the word, Fancypants. I know I'm a bit extra-uptight about it because both my governments are currently sending their babies to kill Muslim babies & the Danes aren't so much, but damn.

So, if the Muslims print a cartoon of Jesus getting buggered by Moses ontop of a burning bush in retaliation for the cartoons they found offensive, it would only seem to reason that, at that point, Christians would officially be justified in burning down embassies. Right? Both parties can act like immature children. Correct?

It wont happen the Muslim religion wont let it. Because then they would be portraying Mohamed in a way they don't like. And would then be called hypocrites by the Western world.
