Heh! I figured something like that happened. Don't worry about it - like I said, I am not the most patient person in the world, and Tadd won't let me write anything new until I get the old one back. So I keep ending up going, "You around to do a quick beta?" to whoever's available.

I think the personality portrait is excellent and your description of the drawing is so good I can see it, it's beautiful.

Wow. I just found this and read it all straight through. You have created an amazing 'verse, here. Characterizations of the team are dead on, and absolutely believable. And Haley - she's incredible here; her acceptance of Aaron's needs, and her own love for his second family are beautiful.

Also, a quick but heartfelt thank you for the chronologic order - a great thing for those of us bound/handcuffed to linear thinking!

I notice this was written early last year. Are you still writing in this 'verse? I totally hope so!

Thank you so much! I really enjoy writing OI&E, confusing as it is (for me, and for the readers sometimes). Haley in particular is one of my favorite characters to write; I feel like her character was given short shrift in the show, and the whole cheating/divorce side story was badly handled in my opinion. This is really my attempt to show the most important relationship outside the team as it should be. (I've actually been working on an entire essay on the problems involved with Haley as a character, but I digress ( ... )

Derek can't draw - except on other people. Literally. Give him paper and pencils, and he'll resort to stick figures. Give him pens/markers and a limb, and, well...::points up to story::

Yes, there are stories behind it, but unfortunately they're unlikely to be written. Boo.
