80% recovery

I've reached the 6th month mark since my shoulder arthoscopy (arthriscopy?) and had the final consultation with my orthopaedic surgeon.
He's confirmed that I have made an 80% recovery. My reach and the strength in my arm are very good.
It's an especially great relief to me, because I haven't been able to pursue my physiotherapy exercises much since May. In June I had back and then neck troubles, then in July I had that respiratory infection.
The surgeon has told me that the healing process will continue for another 6 months, so I still have time to make good. Wish me luck my friends.
