Do you ever have one of those Bad Fannish Idea days? Where, like, you think, "I know what'd be cool! A Fullmetal Alchemist x Supernatural crossover. Yes, I want that, despite the fact that I don't know either fandom and it would be so angst-filled that small nations would simply collapse under the weight of the despair and never really know why."

Although, I'm curious - why IM?

All your I-Man needs in one spot: The Invisible Man Primer.
Though I really suggest you start with Kryptonite, the vid that pimped me into the fandom.
If you need the source, I can track it down for you. It's effing hard to get. Oh, and if you need any explanation of the, um, gland, *points to icon* I can help with that, too.

aka_arduinna: I've scoured the web and come up with what I hope is a fairly complete list of I-Man stories, writers, vids, archives, mailing lists, LJ communities, transcripts, and episode guides.

And though there are relatively few I-Man vids, there are some choice vids. To list just a few: Seah & Margie's own "Kryptonite", Clucking Belles' "Voodoo", Fabella's "Thief", Lithium Doll's "Karaoke Soul", Sisabet's "Weeping Willow".

At the core of the show, you've got two guys who are totally rejected by the rest of society. They don't even like each other at first. But they bring out the best in each other, and soon come to love each other fiercely. And like misspamela says, there is touching! And ad-libbing! And accidental canonical bisexuality! And the guys just act so cute together!
Plus, the supporting cast is great, and the premise (the secret agency they work for) is pretty hilarious. The people who made this show were obviously having a lot of fun. They even do some interesting things with the actual invisibility.
But mostly, it's about the LOVE.
