[Discedo's very own church, in fact, which Jackie is sitting outside of.]
He's the one who's supposed to be waiting at the Pearly Gates, to decide who gets into Heaven and who goes the other way. One of the Apostles, helped found the Catholic Church....pretty good choice for a patron saint, I guess.
[He's been pondering a lot about religion lately. Even though most of the church members had left, Nill still seemed interested in the old church, and he can't say no to her. Besides, anything to make her feel better. Even if there is some irony in a guy like him helping out there.]
His cross is usually upside-down. That's how he was crucified by Nero. Said he wasn't worthy of dying like Christ did.

....it's gonna rain again this week. Starting to get into fall, huh? Maybe all of us should start looking for some of those "covered sandals" like Enki wants.
[It's an attempt at humor, and it works a little on him, but obviously he's pretty preoccupied still.]
...what the hell went on with the lake last month? And the Reavers? Pretty sure some shit was going on, and no one followed up on it. And where's that Knowlton guy? C'mon, guys, lets get the ball rolling here.
