I must inquire, do you gain new monsters often?

By the looks of what happened to Miss.Skye, that was more than a human's capabilities... This should narrow it down to the inhuman residents at least.

Alas, even monsters can be dramatics. [He has Alucard, he's an example of that sometimes.]

I have my doubts on this killer being a resident, whatever it was it was large and fast; either that or extremely powerful.

Unfortunately. Then again, at least we know what's up when they do that.

[He ponders this as well.] The problem is that there are plenty of special sorts of residents around here. Though we can rule out those with their chip in, at least.

Ah, I forgot that some had no chip. I can say right now that Hellsing's vampire, Alucard, had nothing to do with this- his body is not in a shape to attack anything right now; if he did, then circumstances would be grave on his behalf anyhow.
