First order of business--I seem to have been friended many times recently. Welcome all, nice to meet you. If you'd like to introduce yourself, here would be a good place to do it :)
Second order of business! The shows are over, midterms are over, and my schedule is all clear! except... MY INTERNET IS DEAD D:
For some reason, probably to do with all the gnomes living in my hard drive, I can no longer get on the internet in my room. And while sitting in the lounge of a completely different dorm isn't so bad, I'm not able to get on at my leisure, sadly. So it'll probably be a while before I show up again with more of my series of ficlets and such, because my internet be gone :(
Thirdly, the Doctor Who special just came out in the UK. I am searching desperately for a way to watch it online, preferably a method that loads quickly so that I can watch it in the lounge until my computer is fixed ( :( ) so if anyone happens to know where to find a decent quality video, please please please let me know! Until then, NO SPOILERS PLEASE or I will probably die.
Fourthly, has anyone been watching Dollhouse? First of all, let me bring this back to the internet woe by saying that my internet stopped working while I was IN THE MIDDLE OF WATCHING THE LATEST EPISODE. How unfair is life? VERY UNFAIR. But if you've been watching and want to have a conversation about it please let me know, because I think it's an absolutely fantastic show. Joss at his best! well... his best was Firefly. But Joss is always at his best, really. So anyway, JOSS!
EDIT: okay, it turns out that the internet problems do not come from the gnomes in my hard drive but instead from my room! This is good news, because my computer really doesn't need any more problems, but bad news because it means that my whole floor doesn't have internet, which means that some of us can't do our homework. (And some of us don't have understanding professors... *grr*) Anyway, with any luck it'll be fixed by tomorrow...
