well i'm finally home. that was the longest trip ever. there were several perks though. i got to spend an entire day with my dad's family. that hasn't happened in a long time and it was really nice just to be with them. i also got to see spencer, who was a really good friend at school. i met all the men in his family and we went to a salt lake stingers baseball game. i totally fell in love with his 1 1/2 year old brother. so adorable. i usually don't like little kids, but this one stole my heart and won't give it back. man i'm going to miss spencer when he leaves, actually i miss him already. it makes it so much harder to see them, but it was worth it.

my sister is now in the MTC and i hope she's doing well. missionaries report every wednesday at a specific time depending on their last name. we were in the last group and i got to see garrett sens, chris mcclelland (he was not supposed to be in our group) and jason longhurst, who was helping with the luggage. two people i didn't see, and i wanted to, were daniel johansen and macsen viehweg. oh well, what's two years? it's weird not to be able to call jen and ask how she's doing. i'm impatient for a letter. actually for letters from all of my friends. i suppose i should initiate? hmmm.

krista cole got married yesterday and i was able to go to her reception. everything (and everyone!) was so beautiful. loretta isakson is getting married tomorrow. i'm starting to feel old and i'm only 18. i need to be around some immature people for a while. anyone like to volunteer?

oh, and ps, being in provo didn't really help with my longing to be back in school. only a month and a half.
