My Thanksgiving turkey in all its glory.  The meat was INCREDIBLY juicy.  I used the apple cider brine but roasted it according to Alton Brown's suggestion for his brined turkey.  30 minutes at 500 degrees, cover the breast with a double layer of foil and then roast til done at 350.

I can't recommend this brine enough.  It was easy and the food was fabulous.
