I don't usually do these meme things, but I haven't posted for ages, and will do anything to dodge out of more DIY. (I've spent several hours putting up shelves). Thanks to spencerpine for the meme.
1 Make a list of things you can see without getting up:
I'm in the junk room, doubling as my office. My desk, PC stuff, disks, mail to sort. Shelves piled with laundry and suitcases. Boxes of assorted bits & bobs (mostly gadgets & electronics). Toolkit & large box of DIY stuff. Bunk bed, totally filled with boxes of clothes and baby stuff. Yamaha P80 digital piano.
2 How do you style your hair?
I just had a haircut this week, short back & sides. Day or two of beard.
3 What are you wearing now?
"Route 66" black tourist t-shirt from my world tour, tracksuit pants, ugg boots.
4 Do you have some sort of secret superpower?
Changing traffic lights. Occasionally power over weak minds.
5 What's the last thing you read/are currently reading?
Polity Agent, by Neal Asher. Wants so badly to be Iain M Banks. Trashy space opera, didn't really hold my interest.
Disgrace, by J.M.Coetzee. Well written, beautiful prose style, but not much of a plot.
6 Do you nap a lot?
No. Probably should. I veg out instead browsing the net, or reading a book.
7 Who was the last person you hugged?
My lovely wife, Lynn.
8 What's your current fandom/obsession/addiction?
LEGO Indiana Jones. Dr Who. Ptolus. Python / Django / Pyjamas. Aepic (again!).
10 What was the last thing you ate today?
A carrot. Some hours before, a nice Sunday brunch with pancakes.
11 What was the last thing you said aloud?
"That's enough DIY, just a short break before I do some more."

Slashdot, facebook, LJ.

Check blogs & podcasts, though not always.

Lots of fruit & veg from Sainsburys, and a cooked chook.
14 What are you listening to right now?
The sound of silence.

"I kissed a girl", by Kate Perry. "Angel in the night", by Basshunter.
16 If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
Mastery of time & space!
17 What is your favorite weather, and why?
Hot, blue-skied summer weather, with not a cloud in the sky. But I also like the clear-skied, crisp, sunny winter we've had.
I'm happy with any weather as long as it's not humid.

Very well, thanks. Enjoying married life, and looking forward to baby boy in May.
My knee is on the mend, so I hope to play volleyball again soon too.
