We've done a little bit of entertaining as of last night: I made my first ever coq au vin, which I prefer to call pollo con vino because I know how to pronounce that at least. For desert we had Nun's Puffs and a nice Moscato. The Nun's Puffs were to poke a bit of fun at Colleen as she considers becoming a Sister. It was nice to get out the crystal and the linen. Sometimes it's nice being domestic.

And Timo certainly had the fanciest sack lunch of the office today ;)
