FHM Wants Me
But I'm not sure if I want them back. Hi Ma and Pa.
I got a text message from Summit Media just this afternoon.
"Hi, we consider you as an intern for FHM. We need you to send a copy of your writing samples which are preferably related to the magazine."
So I take it they want me to send confessions of my sex life or erotic literature. Perfect.
I don't get it. I must've been the most boring interviewee that day, I felt like I underperformed. And now they're putting me into the raunchiest magazine in the country. Well...
If it were Men's Health I would've accepted. Men's Health is so classy and dignified and FHM...well, you know.
I haven't decided whether to accept this or not. It's probably something I'll sleep on first. I have to weigh the, um, journalistic values of FHM, and of course if the department would permit this. I, after all, sent my resume to other publications as well. Paging Philippine Daily Inquirer huhuhuhu.
But fancy that. A summer searching for content for Ladies' Confessions or interviewing sexy sirens. Hmmmmm.
