indeed, but the phone is pretty sweet. im impressed by software hardware combo they have oging on, if you read the specs, its quite shnazy. of course, with that high of a price point, it has too little gig on it for it to be worth it to me. the fact taht it can play videos and have songs and surf the net and all of this stuff wont mean shit if it cant have enought data to do it.
