Is there any way that someone could program a PCD to read aloud messages sent in text and to transfer spoken words into text as well?  My brother has been having trouble dealing with his sudden cut from the PCD that this "event" has brought upon us.  And, rather than having to tell him everything that goes on the network myself, I would rather him have a way to do it for himeslf.

If anyone has knowledge of how to do this, we will agree to a location and time to meet.
