hmmm i banged up my right knee practicing handstand pushups. whacked that bitch purdy good... i think this time i'll stretch and excercise it until its 100% better, unlike being ahtletically active on it and tearing the cartilage in it like i did the other...

long term injuries suck. you'd think they would just naturally heal and be all better over time, ...over lots of time .. . but naw...
