I got screwed on Ebay
I'll attempt to make this short, because at this time I'm feeling very angry.
I found this guy on Ebay with the user name of hampton1988. He has 98% positive feedback. He had an item that I had wanted for sale, but didn't want to end the auction early due to Ebays closing costs. However told me that if I sent the money to him for (the amount of $50) then I would get the items shipped to me and he would tell the winning bidder that the deals off.
So me at the time thinking how awesome this is, isn't listening to my gut feeling. We email back and forth for roughly 8 days before I build up the confidence to mail him his money to this address.

He seemed like a very mature secure person. A week goes by, and nothing in the mail. Now I ordered something online at about the same time coming from CA and it hasn't shown up at my door yet, so I thought shipping was being delayed. Then I take it upon myself to email the winning bidder of the auction asking him how his item was and wondering if he was going to sell it. You know, to see if he had gotten it yet. The email back states that he got it last week and isn't planning on selling it.
At this point, I'm completely lost. Is there anything I can do, or is this going to turn into his word against mine? I saved all of his emails, etc. I don't want to jump to conclusions however with the winning bidder saying he's already gotten the item, I'm pretty much screwed out of $50.
