Instead of parking at my friend's condo across the street, my best friend and I parked at the LA Convention Center for $12 to get into the Barney's Warehouse Sale. We spent about two hours picking shoes, trying them on, and narrowing down our selection to purchase. His choices were a pair of Dior Homme ($300), Ann Demeulemeester ($400), Pierre Hardy ($200), or Clae ($40) sneakers. Mine were the above pictured and these gorgeous, amazingly comfortable Lanvin pumps ($305). He bought the Claes; I went home with nothing.
Convince me I made the right decision.
