(no subject)
If you'll recall, back in my last post (in june) I expressed dismay about returning to school and talked about wanting to go on tour forever...
Flash forward to a week ago, my parents had just about convinced me to try one more year and I was not happy about it.
My best pal Sam gave me a call last saturday and told me he was hanging with Jeremy, the singer of a band called touche amore. He told me that Jeremy need a drummer to go on a two month tour of the US, a couple of weeks which would be with the band THURSDAY.
Its fucking unreal. Since that phone call, Ive spent every free moment listening to the touche amore album. I practiced with them today and despite a few botched songs, they offically asked me to play with them on the tour.
So with that, Ill be departing on October 1st and I wont be back till December 4th.

I also went to the Emmys yesterday and my mom won one for best hair styling for the show madmen.
