(no subject)
Ok, so I'm trying the sleep thing right now. It may not be too easy since my mind is a million miles away right now. For those of you who knew my puppy & loved playing with her, she was hit by a car this morning because both of the dogs got out last nite while we were sleeping. She's spending the weekend with the vet & she has a broken pelvis & some spinal damage. The vet is hoping that the spinal damage will be looking like it will resolve itsself after the swelling goes down. If it doesn't, then he said his hands will be tied. I know one option is that he would put her to sleep, but something tells me there may be another one. I'm wondering twhat that other one is, if it does in fact exist. I hope my baby is going to be alright. Right now my dad is trying to convince me it isn't my fault & I'm trying to convince the other dog that it isn't his fault. He keeps looking for her all over the house & all over the yard when we let him out to potty. He stayed by her after the car hit her. I know this because the dog catcher found them in the same place. He was looking after his baby sister. I can tell he misses her & for a little while after we had brought her to the vet & all, I could tell he was afraid that I was mad at him because he's the one that always knows the tricks to getting out the yard. She just happens to follow him wherever he goes.
