Yes, work went crazy part of today. I absolutely adore my job though.

(For Pre-Kindergarteners and Preschool)

I looked into the mountains today
and what did I see.

There sat a tiny group of birdies,
staring at me.

They wondered who I was,
They looked a little bit afraid,
but they believed their eagle teachers,

that I was a new Mr. Eagle.
that I would help teach them to fly,
high above the sky.

Mr. Eagle is my name I told them
and with a searching smile you looked back.

You, and you, and you in your own way.

Some whistling a merry tune
rockabye,

Others so smart speaking Spanish
with a grande smile,

and still those others almost flying swiftly,
giving chase over younder,
catch me if you can,
I'll get you I will.

And I swooped in with all energy,
as the winds gave a roar,

singing with him,
playing the piano with her,
turning up the drum, drum, click, click,
as you danced to the floor,

firmly planted in your wee little nest.

You well learned little birds I did laugh,
it would seem you know how to fly by yourself,

but we know and you know your still growing right now,
flapping those wings.

Mommy or Daddy or an eagle close by,
to keep you safe,
happy, healthy,

learning to soar up, up, there in the sky,

and down at the ocean's beach,
to be friends with the sea turtles

and every animal that has beaks.

So in I fly, today another day,
I Mr. Eagle come to teach,
feed,
and help you learn to fly all about,

every bird name I'm learning,
along with your story of you,

as I tell you my story of me.

Tomorrow, you can write the page in our colored book.

Or tell it rather,
with your birdy hummmm...
