"So help me Jack, if you ever, *ever* disappear on me again - even with this 'Doctor' of yours - you're going to find that every single tube of lube in Torchwood is suddenly filled with pterodactyl protein sauce." Ianto's voice was steady, but there was a warmth in his eyes that relieved Jack immensely.

"Duly noted," Jack said seriously. "Next time, I'll just have to take you with me."

Ianto melted into his arms.

and while Jack likes the pterodactyl, I'm not sure he likes her *that* much, if you know what I mean. :-D

Well, you know he did ask during the 'last person you snogged' discussion if non-human life forms counted. ;)

And while I think Ianto probably has to understand that when it comes to Jack, he's going to have to share - monogomy just isn't in Jack's make up - I'm not sure he's willing to extend it that far. ;)
