Hodge-podge-osity
Okay, the highlights of my eaten post...
• NCIS - yay, they finally gave Tony a *bit* of the breakdown he's earned.
• NCIS: LA - I totally called it. There is a metric ton of shit that needs to hit the fan when Callen sees Hetty next and if they don't give it to us, I'm going to be pissed.
• H50 - still pretty, still slashy.
• Glee - characters are totally moving in directions I approve of, but there's a lot of "Oh dear god, please don't let people think this is how American High Schools *actually* work" going on this season. 95% of it centers on Blaine and Santana. Also? Quinn's ... thing... I'm not buying it.
Okay, ALL of that was way longer half an hour ago. AAAARRGGHHHH!
• Work should tell me if they're keeping me by the end of the week. They're checking my references... I take this as a good sign.
• I found out there's a kid at my school, where all, yes ALL, of the kids are of the same ethnic group, named A-apostrophe-ryan. Write that out. Yeah, it looks like that word. Bizarre.
• I ran into one of the kids from one of the high schools in our building today. She remembered me, asked me about the ferrets and the whole nine yards. I asked who she was and she told me... I totally don't remember *ever* having a child by that name.
Oh! Oh! And I also got a birthday present today! shinymarigold sent me awesome chocolate, some very fun fleece and baby food for Gaia. This is ALL very much appreciated, since it'll probably be the only present I get this year. (My parents just bailed me out of a financial hole, so...) Thank you thank you thank you!
