.) Woke up when Logi decided today was a good day to start chewing on Gaia again.
.) The actual 78 bus stop I go to isn't actually *on* the bustracker website for some damn reason.
a.) The actual 78 bus - the, you know, MONTROSE bus - no longer goes down about 1.5 miles of Montrose. The 1.5 miles NEAR MY HOUSE! I can go around the Wilson bend and up to Marine, but then it sits there for 15 minutes before starting the route over at my bus stop.(It's a bizarre question mark-shaped route, both East and West, with the open part of the ? being where I live. Of course.) Which means I can go around and hop off at Wilson and my cross street and walk or go around and then wait 15 minutes to get off at my stop. In the summer the walk is a no-brainer and today the cold isn't crazy bad, but some of the sidewalks still haven't been shoveled. And there was a creepy guy shadowing me WAY too close for about two blocks past the mental institution half-way house out that way.
.) In 4 *hours*, I only got um... counts on fingers (5 in the purple set, 4 in the green set, 4 in the red set, 4 in the other red set, 5 in the hippie set) 23 magnets completely glazed. These are just slather-three-coats-of-glaze-on-all-surfaces magnets. Seriously, not complicated stuff. I did also get 5 pawprint magnets underglazed and 5 M&M magnets underglazed. Those are more complicated. Still 4 *hours*. I think I spent at least an hour of that dickering over glaze colors.
a.) The mug I have now glazed *3* separate times (not just layers, but three separate firings due to fuck ups not mine) was finally done. It looks *good* except where it was stacked too close to something and the glaze came off on whatever it was next to. The instructor was all, "It just chipped off". Uh huh. Not annoying, the coffee-themed magnets are done and are ADORABLE!
.) Got a bill from my vet for seeing Gaia last week. MY VET DIDN'T SEE GAIA LAST WEEK!
.) I got accepted to do a clinical eczema trial. Would pay me $350. But they want to do a bloodtest each week. I cannot decide if it's worth it. If it were anything but needles it would be a no-brainer, but signing up to pass out once a week is a little daunting.
.) I forgot to take the Oyster Shooters off the stove in CafeWorld before I left and now they'll be rotten. Damn.
