FINALLY!
This story was way more like pulling teeth than it should have been, but my SmallFandomFest story finally has a rough draft.
This is my "Five Warnings Nate things G Callen should have come with" story. The last one, once I finally realized what I wanted it to be be about, was just going to be a short bit. A little set up and an excuse for a particular character to have a particular rant. But no. Once we got past the rant, I was all kdjjhgjshgakdsjfa'sdfk THIS TIES INTO THAT OTHER THING! Which meant a lot more explaining...
But it's drafted. And at only 6500 words, it's not that long, but damn if it wasn't exhausting.
I'll be asking for betas in the next day or two. (You've been warned. :)
