(no subject)
I just realized that I have been completely neglecting this journal. I wanted to keep a daily record of everything I did so I could remember it because obviously I will only remember a fraction of this trip, especially considering I've spent almost all of it drinking "Taiwan Beer."
I'm leaving for Thailand in a few hours and I am beyond excited. One of Alex's roommates is a totally fantastic queer so we are going to go see ladyboys and gay live sex shows and a bunch of other queer shit. I am also going to be going to one of those infamous ping-pong shows with all the guys amongst a million other things.
the crew: me, alex, Andy (super fun queer one), Jeff (funny teddy bear type from Illinois) and Pat (Brit who is into pirates)
The plan so far is this: Bangkok for a few days, then a few days on the beaches in Ko Chang. and hopefully a day trip to Cambodia somewhere in there. I have a feeling it will be the most indulgent ten days of my life so far. According to books the average spending costs a day are around 15 american dollars a day.
It is possible I will not return :)
