A new consequence of global warming
It was recently brought to my attention that the metal community is in serious danger due to global warming. For thoes of you that arn't hardkore it should be brought to your attention that most deth/melodic/doom/everything metal comes from scandinavia. We weren't sure why until recently and the results are alarming. Scandinavia is a cold and bitter place, it is this that drives the populace to create some of the most awsome, angry and dangerous metal on the plantet. But if scandinavia starts to heat up, leasening the harshness of their winters the metal community could shrink and become stunted and unable to create new rage filled metal leaving the survivors to pick the bones of the past until such time as our race dies out. Global warming isn't a joke, please help us.
Car: For thoes that don't know I was involved in a car accident 2 weeks ago, it wasn't my fault i'm not really hurt and my car is somewhat damaged. The insurance company is on the fence about totaling it or fixing it, it's not that wrecked but it's oldish and has 110000 miles on it. Been looking at cars recently, I wanted the Scion XB cause it's neat has lots of head/leg room and gets decent gas millage, however the new models arn't as good and the old ones are now going for more than they origionally sold for. So it looks like I won't be getting one. The honda Element is a very likely canidate, other suggestions woudl be nice but keep in mind fully half of all cars I can't drive comfortabley for any real amount of time.
Gaming:WarMachine leauge is going alright, I got Cat dragged into it again and he and I have been having fun with it. No RPGs right now, perhaps some in the future but I got burned out, there were way to many that have crashed in the past year for me to want to join a starting one or put one together myself. I also want to sell ALL my magic cards, magic is a good game and I would play it if i didn't have access to rpg groups and minitures leauge but it's to much of an arms race to try and keep up with on the side.
Travel:Jenn and I have locked in destinations for europe, nothing is set in stone but we needed a basic plan. For me it will be Norway, then Wacken, Berlin, Brussels, london. I'll probably be in europe for 25 days total, suggestions and comment are apprecialted.
Jetaway:Went to Laughlin a week ago and had a blast, we rented jetskis and tore up the water and fought mermaids(we totally kicked their asses). I highly recomend going on the next Jetaway when i become avalible.
