(no subject)
I have a question yet again.
I'm sitting here with my best friend nudelprinzessin watching the Conan O'Brien Finland Special (you know, the one where he went to Finland because he looked like their female president ;0)) for the 236 875th time and it reminded me that there's a question I've been meaning to ask the native speakers on my flist for quite a while.
So, there's this part where Conan talks about all the fan mail he had gotten from Finland and then he tries to visit this girl he's gotten a letter from. Unfortunately, she's not home, so he goes and knocks on the doors of random Finnish people until he gets to the door of Forss Fagerström. Now I have no idea why but he's clearly amused by the name and I thought that a native speaker could explain to me why that is.
I made a clip of that part of the show. No idea if it's necessary to watch for you to answer the question but anyway. So, you can watch it if you want...or maybe not.

Okay, so this is probably the most ridiculous and stupid entry I've ever made but the silly fangirl that the evil puppy is she wants to understand what her master is laughing about here. *giggles*
