Now if I pull this off right I should become a better cook, better at saving money, more healthy and better at rock climbing. Plan being:
Cook a gigantic meal for myself every Sunday night and feast on it all week long. This week was like a beta test run, on Monday night I made a lasagna that I’ve been eating for lunch and dinner everyday, so far I’ve saved about $30 worth of Taco Bell and Dunkin’ Donuts. Sad in a way... knowing that I would spend roughly $10 a day on really crappy food. Now I’m on a conquest to collect as many good and relatively simple recipes that feed 8+ people.
Any suggestions?
