I logged into the Vista partition of Harry the laptop, and stupid Vista is saying my copy isn't genuine! After more than 2 years of owning it and it being guaranteed genuine before, in past updates!!!! So the stupid thing won't boot into Vista, despite it being a genuine copy, bought by the computer manufacturer ( Read more... )

Every day I become more and more tempted to just wipe Vista off the new laptop and install FreeBSD. It'll take longer to configure and install and all that sure, but you know, I really don't care about that.

Each new version of Winduhs seems to be worse than the last one, not better. I expect no better from Version 7, so forget it.

XP was the last usable Windows Iteration. Windows is dead. Long live Mac!
