SPEED!!!

okay...so for the past two days i have been taking these stacker 3 pills that my brother had...and i think they have ephedra in them...BADDD!!!! (ephedra is like SPEED...it speeds up your heartbeat and turns you into an over-active psycho!!! and it causes heart failure :/) that is why i have been cleaning my house with SO MUCH progress these past

that's what happened to me. i mean, i wasnt taking anything, i was just not eating a whole lot (not because i didnt want to, my stomach just wasnt hungry) & i went to the doctor because i couldnt keep anything down in the morning & didnt actually get hungry until like 3pm everyday. she said that when you dont eat alot your stomach will shrink all on it's own. & there is no getting back, either. we're stuck with baby stomachs. lol. & it's only like a half an inch a year you could lose if you keep what ever youre doin up. but believe me, a half an inch off your stomach is serious. i hope just regulate your eating & eat until you absolutly cant anymore & eat as many times a day as you need. because even if youre eating alot, if youre not eating much at least youre getting yourself back on track & you'll feel alot better. & your eating habits should get better. just lookin out for my girrrl <3 keep it crunk.
