Well, I'm finally going back to new zealand, i'm in transit right now. people in australia (and other places) are so insanely rude, it's hard to get used to it. I'm just accustomed to being treated with an insane amount of respect. The last night miriam and i were in malaysia we went to a bar and the manager and all the waitresses shook our hands and talked to us for a while, and that's really not uncommon. it'll be nice to not have all the attention all the time, but i enjoy being treated well. it's made me a lot more social and also a lot more respectful myself. it's good, and i don't want to loose it, though that seems inevitable.
so sad. i'm having a hard time, i can't wait to be around my friends in wellington.
it doesn't help that i didn't sleep last night and that it's 530 am for me.
