I have developed over the last few years an unhealthy hatred for sleep.  It's not because I feel that I waste time because I could be doing other things, it's more that I just don't sleep well and as a result don't enjoy it.  I've found that wearing ear plugs seems to help me stay sound asleep through the night; however, that still doesn't seem to allow me the proper rest I normally get.  Drinking used to help but since I've basically stopped ... it seems worse.  Oh well, I guess I'll never get a good night sleep ever again.
