(no subject)
Soooo, I haven't had time to write in a really long. It's been about a week and a half since I started RA training. (Last)Friday before I moved into school, Chrystal and I went to Ikea. I love there stuff, but I hate shopping there. I swear, we were too stupid to shop there! They also had a little Swedish restaurant- it was good and not too bad priced. It was kinda like a cafeteria. Then last Saturday, I moved in my stuff and went back home to go over Dillon's. I hadn't seen him or Jackie like the whole summer. It was a lot of fun. I saw ppl there that I haven't seen in FOREVER, like Chris Lundquist, Luke and Jennica. (last) Sunday I came back to school and started training. I really love it and all the RAs. They are the kewlest ppl. My staff and RHD are all amazing people and we all just really click. I think this year is going to be a good one. We are having a banquet tonight because it is the last day of training and then all we have is shifts for move-in Wed- Sun. I have my first night of duty tomorrow and I am really excited! I get to use a radio, which should be fun ;) LOL. I still have to study for PT, but its really hard finding time. They worked us at least 8-8 every day and usually then some. I am already sick of school food, lol. And Bennigan's- I've been there 3 times in the last week! I have one resident that moved in early because she is an international student from Korea. She seems very nice and it's nice to have someone else in the hall; I was so lonely at night! But a really good friend of mine lives right around the bend from me (same building and floor), so it's not so bad. My room is still a work in progress, but it's nice have a triple all to myself. I just need to make it look more homey. Anyone can stop by and visit me anytime- seriously! Hope the rest of all of your summers go well!
