First Days of Disco
I'm very happy to announce that I wrapped up my disco computer project last weekend! The results are way more impressive than this video could ever depict, but until you (the reader) is able to drop by in person this little demo will have to suffice.
Now that I've got everything up and running, I've started to think about future improvements! Really I need to be able to control the whole thing by remote. Also, since I used a stepper, there's an opportunity to have the speed and direction be computer controlled. Maybe I need a WMP plugin so that the disco ball can groove to the music. More light effects would be nice too, but for now I'm basking in the disco goodness!
