Icons
So, oh my God, I haven't been here for a while. I blame geology. It took over my life.
But yes, new fandoms await. So at Christmas I became obsessed with Terra Nova. But then that went away. And I still haven't watched the last episode. But I enjoyed it while it lasted, despite the bad science. Only problem was I felt too old to have Maddy as my favourite character, but too young for Elizabeth. I was somewhere in between, and Skye wasn't cutting it for me. So yeah, problems.
But then Once Upon a Time hopped across the pond and landed on Channel 5. I very much like it, and I think it's still growing on me. From the icons, you'd never guess my favourite character is Mary Margaret, would you? I also love Red, but that stems from it being one of my favourite fairytales. I really want to do a Snow cosplay at some point, but don't really know which costume to do. All these people are far too pretty for their own good; thus icons must be made.
In movie news, I'm presently like the Avengers (who isn't?), and will be doing a feminised version of Hawkeye's costume for the London MCM Expo in October.
With books, I've recently read The Time Traveler's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger, Lolita by Vladimir Nabokov and Life of Pi by Yantel Mann, and am currently satisfying my Jules Verne fetish with The Mysterious Island. Life of Pi was really quite amazing, and helped me get my life back on track after a slight dip.

I'm still not sure as to whether the whole thing happened in his head or not. I'm inclined to believe it actually happened, but would that mean that I am a theist? That's the only thing that bothers me.
