Almost Halloween
Yeah so my all-time favorite holiday is just around the corner!!! I absolutely LOVE Halloween! Its so much fun... from costume parties to trick or treatin to passin out candy to the kids to the pagan/wiccan aspects of it all.... As some of you already know, im pagan, so its not so much the partying or candy that I like.... its more the history of it all.... Its was once a time of celebrating for a good harvest and sharing stories and good times that had happened throughout the year. Now, to most people, it has become a time for dressing up in costumes and running around the streets, going door to door, for candy and other treats.... not that its a bad thing... I know I had alot of fun doing that as a child. Now, I celebrate Halloween for its pagan/wiccan background. For me, its a time to be thankful for a productive year and to look at what accomplishments we have, or have not made, during the year. Yup, so 8 more days to go...lol. Happy happy joy joy, lmao!!
