I owe someone an apology. Dez, I read what you said in your post wrong. It was a simple mistake and for that I apologize.

What I read:

The difference is subtle, but it does change the meaning. I saw “Regan’s” name and the flood of articles comparing Bush to Reagan when Bush first took office and how much Bush was going to do, like Reagan did. I read the sentence in past tense. Oh well, not everyone is perfect. My apologies for misquoting you.

And yes, this country does need another Roosevelt. I don’t see any running this term either. Too bad Arnold Schwarzenegger can’t run. He’s a far cry better than most I’ve seen.
