my interview:
1. As a kid, what did you do during recess?
in 2nd grade recess was really bad because the boys chased the girls around and if they caught you they were going to make you play teenage mutant ninja turtles with them. so that was scary. so as soon as recess started, i ran straight to the swings because that was the only place you were safe, and then i swung as high as i could for the whole time so that the boys couldn't reach me. other years, i went on the swings and the parallel bars and played tag and stuff.
2. What is you favorite movie and why?
my favorite movie is the sound of music because (this is kind of a weird story) my mom was watching it the night before she went to the hospital to have me. yes, very weird story. but then she told me the story of the day i was born when i was really little and we always watched it together when i was a kid. so it makes me happy. my other favorite movie is when harry met sally because i am a sap.
3. If you could be an ice cream flavor, what would it be and why?
superman! yummy!
4. If you could be a world champion in any sport, which one would you choose?
bobsledding looks like fun. i like cool runnings. (i'm not a big sports person.)
5. What's your least favorite class you've ever taken?
i would say ap chem because it was sooo hard, but actually i didn't hate it that much, and now whenever i take a class that i have to study a lot for (econ...) i just think "well, at least i understand it better than ap chem" and i feel better. probably my actual least favorite class was ap survey because i just really didn't like fremuth and it made me feel stupid and i never participated because i was so scared of him.
