Yuriev's job is defined in his official packet as helping the clones. He personally thinks this covers the (scientifically) modified as well, so feel free to jump him.
He'll do one on one and group therapy. A group therapy post will go up in a few days, and if you want to request one on one counseling, I can do it then too. He'll be focusing on your character's past and goals, as they are the most relevant to his interests of "getting the fuck out of dodge".
