(no subject)
I've got a job for tomorrow! It's only for the day, to be a steward on the University's Open Day tomorrow, but hey, it's a bit of money so I'm certainly not complaining (especially as I was quite lucky to get it: I didn't get it when I applied initially but 4 people dropped out today, and I got the 4th spot). Hopefully it won't rain though! I'm posted at one of the accomodation blocks, so I'll mainly be inside giving tours, but it's not going to be a very pleasant Open Day for the visitors if they have to walk around campus while it's pouring.
My big news for this post though is: Jack's Mannequin is playing in the UK! In less than 2 months!. There are four performances at the end of August/early September, and I really want to go (preferably to the one in Manchester) but I don't exactly have anyone to go with? Anyone want to come with me? :D I'm not crazy about going by myself but there's no way I'm going to miss out - plus, tickets are only £13 - so this weekend I'm just going to buy my ticket to the Manchester one and go it alone if I can't convince anyone to come.
