You look me in the eyes,
And tell me all your lies.
The smile on your face,
Shows absolutely no disgrace.
You can never take back,
What you told me was “payback.”
You cheated me in the game of love,
I thought you were a saint from above.
I never would’ve guessed,
That you would be the root of all my stress.
You always thought you were right,
You always had to have the limelight.
You had no idea what to do,
When you realized I knew,
That your heart was completely see-through.
You said things that weren’t true,
