"Come on, Scully, crack your cookie," Mulder said, looking at her with amusement. "Let's see your fortune."
She smiled and shook her head. "I don't believe in that stuff. Cliches mass produced to appeal to superstition, that's all they are". She shoved her chair back from the table and was about to rise when he reached over, crushed the sweet treat, and extracted the paper. "You will meet a tall, dark alien," he read.
"You're lying, Mulder, it doesn't say that." She laughed and pointed to his cookie."What about yours?"
Mulder broke the shell and read silently. "Well, what does it say?"
He held the paper out to her. "Trust no one" it read.
