Accounting Clerk/Accounts Payable Specialist - Portland (15-Jul-09)
The firm's Portland office is seeking a full time Accounting Clerk/AP Specialist.
Primary duties include:
- Accounts payable with extensive data entry
- General accounting duties
- Spreadsheet maintenance
- Various tax filings including personal property taxes
- Asset database maintenance/depreciation
- 1099 filing/W-9 maintenance/preparation
The successful candidate will have:
- 3+ years accounting experience
- Strong math skills
- Excellent data entry skills
- 10-key by touch
- MS Excel experience
