Yesterday I spent the day in a miserable daze and did not leave the bed until my parents came home. Then my dad dragged me out and told me not to use my ear phones and that I should talk with the family more. I don't get why the burden gets shifted onto me. Mum is willing to have a loud argument with anyone who takes up the challenge, so a normal conversation with her is out of bounds. It's not helping the situation when my brother and dad are into their own worlds on the computer. Anyway, Dad and I went to our new house which we are still deciding whether to sell or move into. I saw my green room and wanted to move in since it was bigger, but the place is so far away from everything. There are no nearby bus stops or even a train station.
Today I went to my brother's school picnic. Initially it was awkward since I was too big to use the playground equipment and got told off by one my brother's teachers for "not following the rules", I was properly annoyed that the bitchy teacher talked to me that way since I am not one of her students. I was expecting a more polite reminder.
I also discovered that my brother behaves pretty much how he behaves at home. Very touchy, doesn't want to socialise and does/says stupid things to the point where his best friend or at home, me doesn't want to be seen with him. Basically his remaining friends and I talked about him and shared embarrassing stories. I know from experience that ridicule from my parents won't make me change but if my friends knew about my bad habits I would make an effort to rectify them. This tactic seems to be working as he is currently having a shower.
At the picnic I forced him to play tag with his friends. It took some time because he was scared and kept on running away every time I asked him to join his friends. Finally I asked the boys and I realised how unfit I was. I was out of action in 15 minutes. Then we had food and people kept coming to our spot because of the chips and candy I had. After that he went along with some boys to play football. I don't like football or soccer so I decided to stay there and keep this really cute 7 year old called Angelina company because she had lost her hat so she couldn't play with her friends. We played with my phone and pretty soon her all her friends came and had a go on my phone. It was a fun day and I enjoyed myself.
