Harry Potter

It was unfuckingbelievable.
Just came back from the new HP movie. Sadly I went with a group of friends who have not read the whole series. As a result I  spent a lot of time explaining the inner workings of the plot to a friend. I did cry when Dobby died, actually began to cry 5 minutes before the duel, but I was pretty quiet in the full cinema hall. Come to think of it I cried during the entire film. As it truly marked the end of an era and the fact that it was so good.

I don't understand how they can claim to like it without reading the books, especially the last few. Since so much chunks of the books are removed in the movies.

I loved the casting, the beautiful scenery and OMG the CGI. It was better than words can explain...

One thing that made me raise my eye was the fact that Rufus Scrimgeour  sounded a bit welsh in my Australian ears...

Plus my gentile friends thought Rufus had plastic surgery or wore too much makeup. It seems they have forgotten Love Actually and Lucky Break. Mr. Howard Moon at his best.  Watching this movie, it very boring but I preserved for him, I would have seriously reconsidered...
Back to Harry Potter, I would have screamed if Noel played the head snatcher.

Maybe its me as I often have trouble distinguishing all the different accents in the uk, but I am doing my best by watching a lot of british comedy. Sometimes I could do an irish accent.
But my main accent goal is to be able to do Russell Howard's impression of Jon Richardson.
