no plans = awesome
I have taken time away from reading and dvd watching and scale mail making to post to you about how magnificent a weekend with no plans can be. I suggest you try one soon. Lives get busy with plans and visits and work and chores, but this weekend was plan free. No one was coming here. I wasn't going anywhere. Nothing had to be accomplished. It was glorious. It was much needed. Things still got accomplished (I can't help it I'm made that way), but it was all on my schedule and at my leisure and it sure was awesome. The next two weeks are going to be stress city with techno being moved to a new project and new building (which will also add on to our joint driving time), my mom is coming for a visit, and one of my two assistants will be out multiple days over possibly multiple weeks. So, this weekend was much needed pre-relaxation before the rough road ahead. I am now leaving you to have a glass of wine a friend made and read a book. Resume your lives at your leisure.
